Our inspection cost covers all gas appliances within the property and costs £60
General maintenance
Our GM is charged @ £70ph or part thereof. for pro-active maintenance plans, please contact us directly for a tailored quote
Boiler servicing
For a full strip down service we charge £120 + servicing kit cost
Combi boiler changeover
24 & 28 KW combi boiler changeovers including magnetic filter and limescale inhibitor installation, all in from as little as £1,800
Drain blockages & macerator breakdowns
Our drainage services are charged at £100ph or part thereof
Kitchen & Bathroom installs
Each job is individually quoted but we average around 3k for a bathroom + materials & 5k for a kitchen + materials
